The
highly effective camouflage offered by the TAGS
is suited to wooded areas as well as desert operations. In addition to
eliminating glare off windshield and headlamps form sunlight, the camo pattern, which
matches that of the vehicle (woodland or sand), enhances the entire
camouflage of the vehicle.

TAGS were installed on a HUMVEE vehicle in bright
sun and driven at 45 mph on a highway test track maneuvering
around obstacles with no difficulty.
